Sometimes things don't always go as planned! If you recieve any item that has been damaged, doesn't match the description of your order, or simply didn't meet you're expectations, please shoot me an email and we can discuss a refund or a new item on the way to your door. If you are unable to return the item in the same condition it was sent, I can offer a discounted refund or a discount on future purchases. I appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Shipping and handling starts with quality and care. I do my best to protect your order from all the jabs and punches it takes through the mail. Some orders may be much heavier than others, and for that, shipping is declared by weight x quantity.
